新华社北京3月10日电 11日上午，十四届全国人大二次会议各代表团举行代表小组会议，审议关于全国人大常委会工作报告、最高人民法院工作报告、最高人民检察院工作报告的三个决议草案；召开主席团第四次会议。
11日下午3时，十四届全国人大二次会议在人民大会堂举行闭幕会，表决关于政府工作报告的决议草案，表决中华人民共和国国务院组织法修订草案，表决关于2023年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2024年国民经济和社会发展计划的决议草案，表决关于2023年中央和地方预算执行情况与2024年中央和地方预算的决议草案，表决关于全国人民代表大会常务委员会工作报告的决议草案，表决关于最高人民法院工作报告的决议草案，表决关于最高人民检察院工作报告的决议草案。

我们中文里面表达日期习惯从小到大的说， 某年某月某日，零食的生产日期也是写比如：2023年3月12日 生产。
英语里面表达跟中文就不一样了，英语是按： 月、日、年 的顺序表达的。
例如：2023年3月12日，用英文表达就是 March 12th, 2023 读作 March the twelfth， twenty twenty-three. 其中“March the twelfth”意为三月的第12天，“日期”用的是序数词。（注意：序数词要记牢，不要拼错哦）
再比如：1989年4月1日，读作April the first, nineteen eighty nine.
这里我们要牢记月份的拼写方法：
一月份： January 七月份：July
二月份：Feburary 八月份：August
三月份：March 九月份：September
四月份：April 十月份：October
五月份：May 十一月份：November
六月份：June 十二月份：December
序数词：在表示年月日的情况下我们需要牢记1-31的表达方法
1： fist 缩写 = 1st 11: eleventh 缩写=11th
2：second 缩写= 2nd 12: twelfth 缩写=12th
3: third 缩写= 3rd 13: thirteenth 缩写=13th
4：fourth 缩写=4th 14: fourteenth 缩写=14th
5: fifth 缩写=5th 15: fifteenth 缩写=15th
6: sixth 缩写=6th 16:sixteenth 缩写=16th
7: seventh 缩写=7th 17:seventeenth 缩写=17th
8: eighth 缩写=8th 18: eighteenth 缩写=18th
9: ninth 缩写=9th 19:nineteenth 缩写=19th
10: tenth 缩写=10th 20:twentieth 缩写=20th
21: twenty-first 缩写=21st 26: twenty-sixth 缩写=26th

年份的表达法
（1）千年（如1000年或2000年）的读法：数字+thousand
比如：1000年，直接读作 one thousand, 2000年，直接读作two thousand。
（2）百位及十位都是0的读法： 数字+hundred
比如：1800年，读作eighteen hundred, 1500年，读作fifteen hundred。
（3）没有0的读法： 将四个数字分成两组数字来读。
例如：1938年，读作nineteen thirty-eight 1876年，读作eighteen seventy-six
（4）十位是0，其余不是0的读法：
例如：1605年 读作 sixteen o five 1807年 读作 eighteen o seven
（5）百位是0的读法：数字+thousand and+数字
例如： 1709年读作 seventeen and nine 2017年读作 two thousand and seventeen
